This is the place that started it all, infecting me with the travel bug 3 years ago. During my last semester at University of Illinois, I secured a job at Epic Systems as a project manager but decided to delay my start date a month and volunteer in Northern Thailand for 3 weeks. I had no idea the experience would impact my so profoundly. Apart from the people and culture of Thailand (both being fantastic), I had met some of the coolest people. After that, I found myself yearning to not only seek out new destinations but to meet incredible people on the way.

This was my second time in Thailand. I ended up splitting my time evenly between Bangkok and Phuket and experiencing new things along the way. My close friend Aashini Patel also came to visit and that was a wonderful treat unto itself.
