I fell in love with New Zealand's enchanting vistas the moment I laid eyes on them in 2013. During that trip, my brother and I spent a whirlwind 5 days in the South Island, mostly in the car driving between sites. I was so captivated by the New Zealand's unblemished beauty that I vowed to return again. After my second time visiting, I still hope it wasn't my last. 

Naturally, it became the final chapter of my round the world trip. Almost a grandiose epilogue of my travels. I'd often be caught reflecting on all the magic I had experienced over the last 12 months while gazing at the sprawling mountains and seascapes that lay before me. It was my mindful and beautiful end to it all.
